• DK77M middel speed edm wire cutthing machine, is the full-closed servo-type CNC wire-cut EDM machine main body adopts a slow-moving wire T-shaped structure, and the workbench is integrated without suspension, which is good for load-bearing and has good processing stability.
• X Y axis adopts precision linear rolling guide and precision ball screw pair to ensure the movement accuracy and sensitivity of the machine tool; the servo motor is directly connected to the screw and equipped with a precision grating ruler of 0.001mm, which runs smoothly and has high precision.
• The bearings of the transmission components mainly adopt high-precision bearings from Japan's NSK, which run smoothly and have high precision.
•  The unique magnetic powder wire tensioning mechanism ensures that the multiple cutting technology is used to obtain higher parts accuracy and surface finish.
•  The maximum processing taper is ±10º (60mm thick workpiece).
•  The unique tension mechanism ensures that the tension of the thread in the processing area is basically constant, eliminating the need for manual time-tightening of the thread and ensuring the processing quality.
• Large-diameter wire barrel reduces the frequency of reversing the wire and improves the processing efficiency.
• The centralized manual lubrication system for the silk barrel part.
• Both semi-automatic winding and manual winding are possible.
• The water tank has a filter system, and the filter paper core has a precision of 5um; it is equipped with a water drain valve and a flexible universal wheel to facilitate water change.
•  The working fluid tank is equipped with plexiglass protection to prevent water from splashing; the working fluid tank is lower than the work surface, and can process some special workpieces with a length exceeding the standard.
• The processing fluid can use oil-based or water-based emulsion.
• However, when cutting multiple times, it is recommended to use DIC-206 water-based liquid or JR-3B type wire cutting emulsified paste. For the proportion and concentration, please refer to the corresponding product manual.
• The diameter of the molybdenum wire is 0.12mm~0.18mm.
